Coincidences?

So, it appears that our unemployment rate has climbed, even though everywhere one looks, businesses are hiring. I know where I work, we never have enough staff. Also rising is our violent crime rate, which is per capita the highest in the country. Smoking is on the rise too. What do I attribute this to one might ask. Well, we also have the highest per capita population of Indians. Coincidence? You decide.
